The privacy policy below applies to the use of the website  of LINAK A/S ("LINAK"). Please read the data policy carefully and leave this site if you cannot accept the terms and conditions.

Who is LINAK
LINAK is an international company and the world leader in designing and manufacturing electric linear actuator systems. At present LINAK is represented in several countries all over the world either through subsidiaries or distributors. Personal data protection
LINAK is controller and processes data in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Act.

LINAK treats information as confidential and does not pass on information to third parties outside the LINAK group of companies. Further LINAK will not use the information for marketing purposes, such as distribution of e-mails containing advertising material, except with the consent of the user.

LINAK record information submitted via the Contact Form for the purpose of processing your comments, questions or suggestions. LINAK passes on such information to the LINAK group of companies only.

If you subscribe to our newsletter (if any), we record the information you submit, such as name, address and e-mail address. The information is automatically used to send the newsletter to you and for statistical purposes. A limited number of employees of the LINAK group of companies will have access to the list of subscribers. If you terminate your subscription, LINAK may retain the information submitted for one year for preparation of statistics and processing your comments, questions or suggestions. LINAK will delete the information immediately, if you so require.

In the event that you order material from LINAK via the site, such as brochures and technical specifications, we delete the information immediately after posting the material.

You may contact LINAK, if you require information about data processed about you or if you require information to be deleted or corrected.
